Privacy Policy

Overview

Smith & Connors, LLC (“Smith & Connors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Portland, Oregon-based agency providing marketing, brand strategy, design, website development, SEO, and other technical services to organizations. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at smithandconnors.com (the “Site”) and through our direct interactions with prospective and current clients, vendors, and job applicants, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.

This Policy governs Smith & Connors’s own collection of information as a business — for example, when someone fills out our contact form, signs up for our newsletter, or applies for a job. It does not govern the websites, applications, or platforms we design, build, or maintain on behalf of our clients. Those properties (for example, a client’s public website or a portal we developed for them) are operated by the client, who is responsible for their own privacy notices and legal compliance, even where Smith & Connors serves as a technical developer or processor on their behalf under a separate services agreement.
