Judging a Design Equity Tournament
During Design Week Portland our friends at Visible Alliance held a Design Equity Tournament to benefit a small local nonprofit.
Teams of designers came to Visible Alliance for four hours on a Saturday to design a new brand for the organization.
Right To Health is an organization founded and run by Leslie Gregory devoted to getting policymakers to declare healthcare inequities (and therefore racism) as a public health emergency.
I serve as Visible’s Design Equity Advisor and was invited to judge the event alongside 3 other local creative leaders. It was an incredible day of community, collaboration, and creativity.
