Our studio is looking for a contract project coordinator with demonstrated agency experience in supporting on web development, brand projects, strategy work, marketing campaigns, and more.

Experience & other skills

• Open-minded, kind, honest, enthusiastic, growth-mindset.
• Extraordinary attention to detail.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership of projects, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Highly collaborative and communicative.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience in project coordination at a creative agency.

Software skills

A strong candidate will be expert in the following tools:

• Expert at Google Docs, Slides, Sheets (Workspace)
• Strong ability in project management tools such as: Trello, Slack, Harvest

The role

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Assists Project Managers, Partners, and team in managing projects for the company
• Assist in maintaining and managing processes and tools
• Manage and drive forward small projects independently

Hourly compensation

• Compensation is dependent on experience and typically ranges between $25–$30/hour.

• We are a fully remote team and are open to all US locations.
